Personal Values

I believe in supportive self liberated spaces in which each of us can center our own needs and wants while supporting and uplifting each other. I believe in the power and strength of the collective, the messiness of paradox, and in the importance of holding multiple truths at the same time. I believe it is essential to create environments that facilitate people feelings seen, heard, and supported. I center social/emotional learning (empathy, communication skills, confidence, awareness of body, mind and voice) while taking into account the various learning styles and valuing all forms of expression.
