Bio

Jessica Craft founded Rock to the Future in 2010 to expand access and opportunity for Philadelphia youth through free, student-driven music programs. What began as a volunteer effort with her now-husband, Josh Craft, in their North Philadelphia neighborhood has grown into an organization serving thousands of young people across the city. A Temple University graduate with a degree in Business Administration and Economics, Jessica has been featured in The New York Times, named a Local Leader at the PA Conference for Women, and received the Designing Leadership Award from the Arts and Business Council of Philadelphia. She also holds certifications in Trauma-Informed Approaches for Arts Administrators from The Bartol Foundation and Nonprofit Executive Leadership from Bryn Mawr. Jessica has volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters, Habitat for Humanity, and Girls Rock Philly. “Music changed my life as a youth, and all young people deserve that same opportunity.”

Arts. Community. Transformation.
