Bartol Site Visit Form 2024

We are looking forward to connecting with you to schedule a mandatory site visit as preparation for our May 1, 2024 grant deadline.  

These visits are a way for us to learn more about what you do and to make sure an application for your organization or project is eligible within our guidelines.  It also gives us insight into themes or issues that Philadelphia arts education programs may all be navigating as a community.

Currently, we are scheduling both in-person and virtual site visits.  We are still mindful of COVID and flu so it helps to schedule early in case we need to reschedule due to illness.  If you are able offer an option for a virtual visit, please let us know in the section “Anything else we should know?”  If you do not have a program for us to visit before the deadline, you can schedule a virtual check-in meeting instead.

You must request your check-in by Friday, April 5, 2024, and we need to do our visit by April 26, 2024.  If you do not have a visit, you are not eligible to apply at our May 1, 2024 deadline.
