The Soapbox: Community Print Shop and Zine Library

The Soapbox is a West Philadelphia-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit community arts space and zine library that offers studios, specialized tools and equipment, and workshops in printmaking, zine-making, and related book and paper arts. We are a communal space for neighbors, artists, educators, organizers, students, and first-time makers of all backgrounds and skill levels to make, collaborate, discuss, and learn. By providing individual studios within a shared space, memberships for studio access, and community programming, The Soapbox promotes art for civic participation and collective expression.
