Bartol wants to continue providing support to Teaching Artists and organizations serving communities with the greatest need.  Anxiety Taming Practices can provide resources to assist you in taking care of yourself as you navigate through the demands and anxiety of this time. Helanah Warren (vegan yogi and wellness coach) will facilitate this workshops including meditation, writing, self-care strategies and sharing. Join us as we create connection during these challenging times.
