Personal Values
Donovan’s work centers around uplifting and giving power to voices that have for too long been inadequately represented. She looks forward to working with artists that prioritize the BIPOC community, women, LGBTQ+ individuals, immigrants, and the disability community. She seeks to work with institutions that are proactively anti-racist, that fight to achieve inclusivity and equity at all levels, and that commit themselves to causing meaningful ripples throughout their community. Having devoted her life to the arts, she believes in the power this has to enact change. She’s ready to join forces with anyone ready to make that happen with her.
